The team behind Pedit has worked with distance education for more than 25 years, and with classroom education for 15 years before that. Practical experience and theoretical competence are woven together to create a solid foundation for our tool, and for training new clients.
We’ve designed Pedit to be easy to navigate and use, but there are many different tools and settings, and – at first glance – it may seem overwhelming. That’s why we have our own department for client training. We offer everything from simple video training on how to use the tool, to higher-education-level courses on the principles of distance education.
This department is a strength for the product – we can provide you with all the training you may want or need, making sure you are ready to launch when you want to be.
But this complexity also gives us a communication challenge: simple technology and a one-click solution is easier to sell than a solid philosophy, powerful pedagogical tools and endless possibilities. Our message is complex, and so is our tool, but we may be just what you need.
We may not look like the simplest solution; we don’t encourage you to simply put the learning material online, share a link with your learners and hope for the best. In our experience, this is not a solution to any problem at all. More often than not, the link will remain unclicked, and for those who click, the available information will – at best – be skimmed, and no change will come from it. What is the point in that?
We present an actual solution – a tool that helps you turn your information into knowledge, actions and change. We treat all your recipients as learners, and we encourage them to engage with the content in order to learn from it. Your information will not just be received, but processed.
Pedit is not a one-click solution to throw your information online, but an actual solution to the problem of making your clients, employees or students engage with and learn from your content.
